Feed production

Premix stage

A premix is a blend of various feed ingredients, such as vitamins, minerals, and amino acids. The premix is carefully weighed and mixed to ensure that the feed contains the correct proportions of each nutrient.

Pelleting stage

The feed mixture is compressed into pellets using a pelleting machine. Pellets are easier to transport and store than loose feed, and they are also less likely to be wasted by animals.

Distribution and transportation

The finished feed is transported to farms or feed stores.

Storage and sifting

Corn and soybeans are stored in silos to protect them from the elements and pests.
The grains are then sifted to remove any impurities, such as dirt, rocks, and foreign matter.

Weighing and mixing stage

The corn, soybeans, and premix are weighed and mixed in the correct proportions.
The mixture is then passed through a hammer mill to grind it into a fine powder.

Packaging stage

The pellets are packaged in either 50 kg or 25 kg bags.
The bags are labeled with the name of the feed, the ingredients, and the feeding instructions.
